Job summary

Titan Electrical Services in North Fort Myers, FL is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Manager in delivering projects on time and within scope. This role requires strong scheduling, coordination, and documentation skills and offers in-person work at our local office.

Minimum 6 years field experience in electrical/construction and a valid driver’s license are required. OSHA 30 must be completed within 90 days of hire, with E-Verify eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of field experience in the electrical or construction industry.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• E-Verify eligibility required.
• Must complete OSHA 30 Construction within 90 days of hire.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with scheduling, documentation, and coordination duties.
• Familiar with AIA billing, project submittals, and RFIs is a plus.
• Working knowledge of project scheduling tools and construction workflows.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager as needed.
• Coordinate with general contractors.
• Create project schedule of values.
• Produce AIA billing documents monthly or as needed.
• Maintain project schedules and manage deadlines.
• Attend weekly site visits and one on one meetings with Project Manager as requested.
• Ensure tools and equipment are properly signed in and out.

Titan Electrical Services - Core Values

Summary: This position is responsible for assisting the Project Manager with the successful completion of all awarded projects with a positive and productive attitude. This creates value for ourcustomers and for ourbusiness. The Assistant Project Manager will report directly to the assigned Project Manager.

Key Result Areas:

• Assist Project Manager as needed
• Coordinate with general contractors
• It is required to complete OSHA 30 Construction within 90 days of employment
• Create project schedule of values
• Produce AIA billing documents monthly or as needed
• Maintain project schedules and manage deadlines
• Maintain scheduling of team members on current scheduling app
• Create project change orders
• Qualify and buy out sub-contractors as directed by Project Manager
• Qualify and buy out all packages as directed by Project Manager
• Assist Project Coordinator with gathering all job start/contract info
• Ensure Project Coordinator has all approved package pricing
• Coordinate with utility company as needed
• Coordinate with local electrical inspector as needed
• Ensure quality installation
• Attend weekly site visits and one on one meetings with Project Manager as requested
• Ensure tools and equipment are properly signed in and out
• Ensure all Titan equipment is being properly maintained
• Order and call off equipment rentals as directed by Project Manager
• Evaluate and assess project results
• Approve and process material acquisitions as directed by Project Manager
• Attend site meetings as needed
• Respond to emails by the following business day
• Greet team members while on site
• Process RFI’s (to GC or from team)
• Build & cultivate relationships with GC’s
• Always work safe, you are important to the Team.
