Job summary

Zimmer Biomet in Minnesota is seeking an Electrical Operator to build and test assemblies on the Capital manufacturing line for the Monteris business unit. This hands-on role covers daily production activities, rework and refurbishment of Capital devices, and involves troubleshooting and thorough documentation.

You will read electrical schematics, collaborate with Supervisors and manufacturing engineers, develop procedures, and contribute to tooling and fixture design.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational cert/Associate preferred.
• 1 year of experience in a medical device operator role.
• Pay for this role is $22-28/hr.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow electrical schematics.
• Perform hands-on assembly and refurbishment of Capital devices.
• Troubleshoot issues with supervision/engineers; document manufacturing activity.
• Maintain manufacturing areas and contribute to jig/fixture design as needed.
• Complete manufacturing documentation and follow SOPs precisely.
