The role involves assembling electrical and mechanical subassemblies per customer specs, drilling/tapping holes, wiring, and conduit installation. You will train others and maintain 5S standards while working on-site with a cross-functional team.

Qualifications include two years of assembly experience, ability to read drawings, and proficiency with hand and power tools. Regular attendance and overtime may be required.

• Two years of prior assembly related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Follows 5S workplace organization in the area.

Responsabilités

• Assembles electrical and mechanical equipment and subassemblies according to customer specifications.
• Drills, taps, or reams holes, aligns components, bolts/screws/rivets parts together, and installs conduits.
• Strips shielding and crimps wires per work instructions.
• Trains or assists in training other employees in assembly processes.
• Maintains regular attendance and on-site work schedule, plus overtime as needed.
• Implements and maintains 5S in the workspace.
• Handles hand-tools/power-tools safely to ensure cleanliness and functionality.
• Works cooperatively with others and communicates respectfully with stakeholders.
• Performs multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
