The role involves setting up production equipment, robots, and inspection tools while maintaining a clean, safe workspace and following MRP-driven tasks. You will monitor processes, perform basic tests, and conduct quality checks, reporting issues promptly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in industrial/manufacturing settings, especially electronics/electrical/mechanical devices.
• Strong manufacturing quality focus.
• Collaborative and transparent communication in a team.
• Torquing is required for all operators.
• Electrical crimping required for operators performing crimping tasks.

Responsibilities

• Set up production equipment including robots, machines, and workstations.
• Clean and maintain work areas and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Perform manufacturing, production, and testing tasks as planned by the MRP system.
• Monitor production processes, conduct basic testing, and perform quality checks.
• Alert the Team Leader to any process drifts or quality issues.
