Job summary

nVent is seeking an Electrical Assembler in Fulton, MO to build electrical systems, panels, and support structures for critical applications. You will read work orders, wiring diagrams, and bills of materials to assemble accurately.

You're expected to follow blueprints, measure with a tape, terminate wires, and verify finished products meet quality standards while maintaining safety and neat workspaces. Experience with hand tools and basic wiring preferred; HS diploma required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Experience using hand tools in manufacturing or assembly.
• Assembly and wiring experience preferred; willingness to learn.
• Ability to read written instructions and work procedures.
• Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams; tape measure literacy.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical systems, panels and support structures per specs.
• Read work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams and BOMs.
• Connect wiring between components per prints and specs.
• Measure, cut, route and terminate wire to precise lengths.
• Inspect, adjust or replace components to meet quality standards.
• Prepare finished products for shipment and assist with loading.
