Job summary

Multiquip Inc. in Fullerton, CA is seeking an Electrical Assembler II to support the assembly, integration, and customization of MQ power generators. This mid-level role involves working hands-on with electrical systems and custom configurations to meet quality and safety standards.

You will read schematics, fabricate wiring harnesses, perform testing, and collaborate with team members in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to deliver field-ready power solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of electrical assembly experience, preferably in generator or industrial equipment manufacturing.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational electrical certification preferred.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Proficient with hand and power tools and electrical testing equipment.
• Experience with wiring harness fabrication and electrical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, route, and install electrical wiring and components on generator systems.
• Cut, strip, terminate wires and crimp terminals.
• Manufacture and install custom wiring harnesses.
• Install and connect relays, controllers, circuit breakers, and other components.
• Route and organize wiring to ensure safety and durability.
• Read work orders, wiring diagrams, and specifications.
• Perform functional, continuity, and load-bank testing.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues; verify assemblies meet quality standards.
• Coordinate with team to meet production goals and deadlines.
