Job summary

Dorner Manufacturing, a Columbus McKinnon Organization, is seeking team members to assemble custom conveyor components, including electrical systems, using a variety of hand tools. You will read schematics, wire panels, and collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot and ensure quality.

The role operates Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm, in Sussex, WI, with a focus on safety, 5S, and cross‑functional teamwork. Benefits include multiple paid holidays and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent required or best equivalent.
• 5+ years in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• 1+ years electrical experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs safely.
• Experience with Epicor ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble custom conveyor components using hand tools and electrical systems.
• Read and follow schematic drawings to install electrical components.
• Assemble and wire panels and related assemblies.
• Collaborate with Engineers to troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment and perform 5S tasks as required.
• Assist in other departments with mechanical assembly as needed.
