Ralliant is seeking an Electrical Assembler for its C shift team to conduct final tests and troubleshoot assemblies in a fast-paced production environment.

The role requires reading blueprints, using test equipment, and maintaining quality standards while working in a team. Overtime may be required; safety glasses and lifting up to 30 lbs are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year electrical assembly experience.
• Demonstrates quality-focused and reliable production work.

Responsabilités

• Performs final test on assembled units using oscilloscopes, DMMs, and ammeters.
• Troubleshoots units and PCBs using schematics and specs.
• Rotates in other cells as directed by supervision.
• Packs finished product for shipment.
• Contributes to cell improvements and quality standards.
• Maintains a safe, clean work area and follows housekeeping procedures.
• Performs other duties as needed to ensure quality production.

We are looking for an Electrical Assembler to join our C shift team!

Job Responsibilities

• Performs final test on all assembled finished units, using test equipment such as storage oscilloscopes, Digital Multimeters and ammeters.
• Troubleshoots completed units and individual printed wire boards using Engineering specifications, Schematics, and Product Specifications.
• Rotates in other work cells as advised by Supervisor or Cell Leader.
• Packs finished product for shipment.
• Actively participates in making cell improvements, suggests and helps implement.
• Performs duties to established quality standards.
• Maintains work area in accordance with established housekeeping procedures to ensure a safe and clean work environment.
• Performs such similar or comparable related duties as the needs arises to ensure the production of quality products.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year electrical assembly experience.
• Delivers quality work consistently.
• Ability to work within establish procedures with a moderate degree of supervision.
• Recognize and solves problems; evaluates and selects solutions from established options.
• Solid communication skills used to exchange information.
• Confirmed manual dexterity and electro-mechanical aptitude
• Positive work experience in a team environment
• Ability to use various hand and power tools and equipment and to read measuring devices
• Experience using computer keyboard
• Confirmed attainment of quality standards
• Process focused, experience working with one-piece work flow in daily work
• Experience working from blueprints, engineering drawings, and customer orders
• Previous Manufacturing Experience preferred
• Lifting up to 30 lbs. manually.
• Safety glasses are required.
• Standing is required for long periods of time.
• Overtime may be required.

Pay Range

The hourly pay range for this position in local currency is $24.50-28/
