Job summary

Schneider Electric's Red Oak factory is hiring an Electrical Assembler to join a skilled team building and wiring industrial electrical systems. Proficiency with tape measures, conduit bending, hanging racks or cable trays, and cutting, stripping and pulling wire is required.

You will work 6:30pm–4:00am, Monday–Thursday, with a safety‑conscious culture and hands‑on training leading to potential permanent placement. Competitive pay, health benefits, and retirement plans are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Proficiency with tape measures and conduit bending is expected.
• Ability to cut, strip, and pull wire is required.
• Experience hanging ladder racks and cable trays is preferred.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work safely on ladders.

Responsibilities

• Bend conduit, pull wire, hang ladder rack and tie down cable.
• Use power tools to correctly drill, tighten and cut.
• Ability to read, set and use a torque wrench.
• Work individually or as part of a team to complete projects.
• Follow safety procedures and adhere to electrical codes.
