Trillium Staffing is seeking an Electrical Assembler in Chatsworth, CA to build high-reliability wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and electromechanical systems. You will read engineering drawings and work instructions, ensuring precision and quality in every subassembly.

The role reports to Production Supervisor or Lead and requires light-to-moderate lifting, adherence to IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards, and thorough testing and inspection of completed work. Schedule is M-F, 7am-3:30pm, hourly pay.

Formación

• 2+ years of electromechanical and manufacturing assembly experience.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, drawings, and work instructions.
• Proficient with hand tools including wire strippers, crimpers, cutters, and soldering irons.
• Safely lift up to 40 lbs and transport materials as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and electromechanical subassemblies per drawings and instructions.
• Follow IPC/WHMA-A-620 workmanship standards and internal procedures.
• Perform testing procedures and inspect finished work for defects.
• Escalate defects or bottlenecks to Lead or Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe workspace.

Trillium Staffing is now seeking an Electrical Assembler for direct-hire in Chatsworth, CA!

The company is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Electrical Assembler to build high-reliability wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and electromechanical systems. Reporting to the Production Supervisor or Lead, the Electrical Assembler will execute precision wiring and subassembly per engineering drawings, work instructions, and industry standards.

Key Performance Deliverables

• Precision Build: Assemble complex wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and electromechanical subassemblies (including motors, sensors, and solenoids).
• Quality Compliance: Adhere strictly to company workmanship standards and IPC/WHMA-A-620 requirements.
• Testing & Inspection: Execute established testing procedures, inspect finished work, and spot basic assembly or functional flaws.
• Defect Reporting: Escalate defective materials, process bottlenecks, or test failures immediately to the Lead or Supervisor.
• Workplace Stewardship: Maintain a clean, organized, safe workspace and keep hand tools/equipment in proper working order.

Schedule is M-F 7am-3:30pm. Pay rate is$26-$27hourly DOE.
