Job summary

Tetra Tech Digital Systems in West Texas and Southeastern New Mexico is seeking motivated Electrical Apprentices to support industrial electrical projects. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience, work alongside skilled electricians, and build a rewarding career in the electrical trade.

Responsibilities include installation, maintenance, repair of industrial electrical systems, conduit work, wiring, and following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of electrical theory and safe work practices.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver’s license required.

• Read and interpret basic electrical drawings and schematics.
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in jobsite safety programs.
• Travel to customer sites throughout West Texas and New Mexico as needed.

Position Summary

Tetra Tech Digital Systems is seeking motivated, safety-focused Electrical Apprentices to support industrial electrical projects throughout West Texas and Southeastern New Mexico. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial electrical systems.
• Support conduit installation, wire pulls, terminations, panel installations, and equipment hookups.

• Safely use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in jobsite safety programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-4 years of electrical, construction, industrial, or related trade experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of electrical theory and safe work practices.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Texas Electrical Apprentice License preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work at heights.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work overtime and travel as project needs require.
