Job summary

Cummins Inc. in Rocky Mount, NC is seeking an Electrician Apprentice – Level I to support our manufacturing operations. You will perform electrical maintenance, assist with machine support, and contribute to preventive maintenance while adhering to safety standards and quality procedures.

Minimal or no experience is required, with CNC experience considered a plus. This is a 100% on-site role at our Cummins Inc.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licenses/Certifications: May require licensing for export controls or sanctions regulations.
• Experience: Minimal or no work experience required; CNC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Equipment Availability by performing electrical maintenance and machine support to minimize downtime.
• Promote Safety by following HSE standards and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Maintain High Quality Standards through attention to detail and adherence to quality procedures.
• Support Preventive Maintenance by providing feedback and performing scheduled maintenance.
