Job summary

DP Electric Inc. is seeking an Electrician Apprentice IV to advance technical skills in commercial and industrial electrical work. You will perform complex tasks, read blueprints, and contribute to underground and panel wiring projects under limited supervision.

The ideal candidate holds a TDlr Apprentice license, a high school diploma or GED, and at least three years of relevant experience, with enrollment in or willingness to join an approved apprenticeship program and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Active Apprentice Electrician License (TDLR).
• Three years of experience in commercial/industrial electrical installation.
• Enrollment in or willingness to join an accredited electrical apprenticeship program.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and organizes all materials used in the electrical trade.
• Plans and executes underground installations with precision, adhering to provided specifications.
• Performs rough-in electrical installations with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrates advanced conduit bending with mechanical/hydraulic techniques.
• Installs panel interiors and pulls feeders within one-line systems with limited supervision.
• Assists in setting and assembling SES and transformers as part of installations.
• Contributes to branch power system installations including disconnects and terminations.
• Supports journeyman electricians with complex tasks as needed.
• Interprets blueprints and layouts with precision for small scopes of work.
• Maintains a safe, clean work environment and complies with safety protocols.
