Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Enrolled or willing to enroll in accredited apprenticeship program.
• Experience level aligned with Apprentice I–IV hours ranges (0–8,000 hours).

Responsibilities

• Assist in electrical installations alongside experienced electricians.
• Support repairs and maintenance tasks as directed by senior team members.
• Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
• Learn electrical codes and safety regulations to ensure compliance.
• Operate and safely handle electrical tools and equipment.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow safety protocols.
• Develop troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues.
• Assist with testing and inspections of installed systems.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients.
