This full-time role involves assisting with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems while gaining hands-on experience. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, eager to learn, and able to read blueprints and follow instructions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• 0-2 years experience in a construction, electrical or trade-related role.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, and equipment.
• Pull wire, bend conduit, install electrical boxes, and perform various electrical tasks under supervision.
• Learn to read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Support electricians during troubleshooting and repair activities.
• Assist with testing electrical systems and equipment using appropriate testing instruments.
• Follow company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and applicable electrical codes.
• Travel to project locations as required.
• Gather, transport, organize, and maintain tools, materials, and equipment at job sites.
