You will assist with installations, maintenance and repairs across residential, commercial, and industrial settings while developing essential skills to advance in the trade. A high school diploma and enrollment in an apprenticeship are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Enrollment in, or willingness to enroll in, an accredited electrical apprenticeship or vocational training program.
• Basic knowledge of electrical concepts is helpful but not required.
• Strong work ethic and genuine willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and accept coaching.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to complete work within required timeframes.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
• Commitment to following all safety procedures and applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist journeyman electricians with electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Carry, organize, and prepare tools, equipment, and materials for daily work.
• Participate in classroom instruction and on-the-job training.
• Learn electrical theory, industry standards, applicable codes, and safe work practices.
• Perform basic electrical tasks under direct supervision.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and instructors.
• Follow all company safety policies and jobsite requirements.
