You will assist with installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting, learn NEC requirements, read blueprints, operate hand and power tools, and contribute to a safe, productive jobsite while gaining real industry

Qualifications

• Strong desire to learn and develop a career in the electrical trade.
• Basic understanding of electrical concepts is beneficial.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and learn from experienced tradespeople.

Responsibilities

• Assist Electricians, Journeymen, and Foremen with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
• Support wiring installation, conduit, panels, and related components on project sites.
• Assist with mounting and connecting electrical devices, fixtures, and distribution equipment.
• Pull and route wire according to project specifications and standards.
• Assist with testing to verify proper operation of electrical systems.
• Learn to read blueprints and NEC requirements under supervision.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively on site.
