M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking an electrical installer/technician to join our field operations team in Virginia.

The role involves assembling, wiring, testing, and maintaining electrical systems consistent with blueprints and site plans. You will work with various panels, sensors, and devices while coordinating with project teams. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass background and drug tests.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; 0+ months of experience.
• Reliable Transportation.
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug test.
• Must have a valid driver\'s license and good driving record.
• Overtime may be required, including nights and weekends.
• Other duties as assigned, such as composite cleanup (removal, disposal, and recycling of composite materials).

Responsibilities

• Assembling, installing, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic wiring, conduit, cable, equipment, components and devices according to electrical plans.
• Installing and mounting electronic controls, devices, panels, sensors, and components.
• Performing interlock wiring as required.
• Testing electrical systems and continuity of circuits; inspecting sites and studying plans to determine materials and procedures.
• Diagnosing malfunctioning systems and correcting problems with test equipment and hand tools.
• Reading contract drawings.
• Troubleshooting EMS systems, smart breakers, and relays.
