Job summary

The JF Petroleum Group is seeking an Electrical Apprentice to assist Journeyman Electricians in servicing and repairing fuel dispensing systems, commercial electric installations, and related systems. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and adherence to company procedures.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, 3 years in a related field, and a valid driver's license with a clean MVR. Expect $20-$30 per hour, with comprehensive benefits as listed by the employer.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or GED required.
• Three years in a related field.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals; write routine reports.
• Valid driver’s license (current, unrestricted) with clean MVR.
• Must pass drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Reads and interprets schematic diagrams, product specifications, and installation/start-up procedures.
• Selects materials and parts required to complete assigned repairs.
• Operates tools and equipment safely to accomplish the task.
• Owns and maintains tools required for position.
• Completes assigned tasks promptly and according to guidelines.
• Keeps work area clean and organizes/stores tools and materials safely.
