GTI Fabrication is seeking an entry-level electrical assembler to support installation, wiring, and integration of modular industrial systems in Goodyear, AZ. You will work with licensed electricians and maintenance staff to learn and apply electrical drawing interpretation and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, basic electrical concepts, and a willingness to learn through on-the-job training. OT may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic understanding of electrical concepts preferred.
• Some electrical, mechanical, construction, maintenance, or trade experience preferred.
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of electrical wiring, conduit, panels, disconnects, breakers, lighting, and components.
• Pull, route, label, and secure electrical wiring and cable.
• Assist with electrical integration of modular systems and production equipment.
• Install and mount electrical components according to drawings and work instructions.
• Safely use electrical hand and power tools.
• Assist with electrical troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
• Read electrical blueprints and follow schematics.
• Support production schedules and quality expectations.
• Participate in on-the-job training and skill development.
