Job summary

WireNut Home Services in Colorado's Front Range is seeking an Electrical Apprentice to learn under our skilled Electrical Installation Technicians. You’ll perform quality installations and maintenance while adhering to safety standards and company values.

You’ll spend time in training, take classes, and grow toward a stable, well-paid career in the trades. This entry-level role offers room to advance as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass drug testing.
• Current driver's license with clean driving record.
• Able to lift and work from heights or tight spaces.
• Electrical experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Electrical Installation Technicians with quality installations and maintenance.
• Learn safety standards and proper procedures from field leadership.
• Attend ongoing trainings to expand knowledge and skills.
• Support the team to ensure reliable, safe home systems.

What You’ll Do

As an Electrical Apprentice, you are eager to learn! You ask questions, observe, and emulate the values we adhere to here at WireNut Home Services with our Electrical Installation Technicians. Working closely with leadership in the field, you perform quality installations and maintenance on systems in the home. As you assist them, they mentor and train you on everything including how to maintain all safety standards 100% of the time.

You are a hard worker who does whatever is asked of you and pays close attention to what you're being taught. You enjoy interacting with your fellow employees. You also spend some of your time taking classes and continuing to expand your knowledge and skills. You are excited to be part of our apprenticeship program and can't wait to advance in this stable and well-paid career in the trades!

Basic Requirements (Required Skills/ Experience):

• Ability to pass drug testing
• Current driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to do some lifting and work from heights or small crawl spaces
• Electrical experience is helpful but not necessary

Compensation:

Average $18/hour- $20/hour

Compensation based on performance measured in metrics on monthly scorecards
