Swan Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. is hiring an Electrical Apprentice/Safety Technician to perform routine maintenance on residential electrical systems and recommend safety-enhancing products and services. The role includes hands-on training, company vehicle use, and potential for growth within a supportive team.

After Initial Training, You Will Know How To

• Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems in residential homes.
• Recommend products and services: Recommending the best products and services to enhance safety that adds value.
• Operate tools to inspect, repair, and maintain electrical systems.

Work Environment

Work in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Reasonable accommodation may be made to perform essential functions.
