Job summary

All Systems Electrical, Inc. is seeking a licensed Journeyman Electrician to lead crews through diverse nationwide industrial automation projects. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and collaborative planning with project managers.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot complex electrical systems, mentor team members, and travel to project sites as needed. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Electrical Journeyman Card (any state)
• Knowledge of NEC, controls, and Industrial Ethernet
• Preferred experience in MHE field
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a team
• Experience running a crew and leading field crews
• Excellent communication and safety awareness

Responsibilities

• Lead crews of electricians through industrial automation projects nationwide
• Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are followed

Key Responsibilities

• Lead crews of electricians through various industrial automation projects
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
• Collaborate with project managers to meet project deadlines and objectives
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Train and mentor team members in electrical techniques and best practices
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to travel nationwide to project sites as needed

Requirements

• Electrical Journeyman Card, (any state)
• Electrical NEC, Controls and Industrial Ethernet knowledge
• Preferred experience in MHE field
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Experience running a crew.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Computer experience with ability to do daily reports, JSAs, weekly safety reports and timecards. Ability to load pictures and reports to dashboards
• Willingness to travel nationwide as required for project assignments

Pay Range

Pay Range: $40-$60 Depending on experience, education and licensing
