Zen Sherpa LLC is seeking an Electrical & Control Systems Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for plant electrical systems, automation, instrumentation, and controls. This role drives reliability, modernization, and safe operation across multiple production areas.

You will approve engineering designs, manage capital projects from concept through commissioning, and troubleshoot complex electrical and control system issues while ensuring compliance with applicable standards in a growing

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in electrical, automation, or control systems engineering.
• 3+ years of engineering leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, MCCs, VFDs, and instrumentation.
• Experience with PLC, HMI, SCADA, DCS, and industrial networks.
• Proven success leading engineering teams and projects.

Responsabilidades

• PMP or automation/reliability certifications.Familiarity with industrial cybersecurity and Industry 4.0 technologies.
