Job summary

Circuit in Miami is hiring a Driver Ambassador to operate our electric shuttles and represent the community with a friendly, helpful attitude. You will engage riders, navigate the service area, and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for locals and visitors.

The role blends driving with customer service, offering flexible full-time or part-time shifts within a welcoming team culture. Proficiency with GPS and smartphone apps is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3 years of safe driving experience and a valid driver's license.
• Passion for customer service and working with the public.
• Excited about showcasing the community.
• Ability to use iPhone, GPS, and other applications.
• Willing to work nights and weekends.
• Able to stand, sit, walk and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide a valuable service to locals and tourists, ensuring safe travel.
• Welcome passengers with a smile and make their ride enjoyable.
• Ensure safe, efficient and entertaining rides with excellent service.
• Drive electric vehicles including GEMS, Sedans, and Vans.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness with pre- and post-trip inspections.
