Job summary

Circuit (formerly Freeride) is hiring a Driver Ambassador in Miami to shuttle residents and visitors around the city using the new Karsen E-Jest Minibus. You will be the friendly face, sharing tips about local hotspots and ensuring safe, engaging rides for every passenger.

Responsibilities include welcoming riders, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining vehicle cleanliness while handling pre- and post-trip inspections.

Qualifications

• 3 years of safe driving experience required
• A passion for customer service
• Ability to use technology such as an iPhone, GPS, and other apps
• Chauffeur’s license or commercial driving experience is a plus
• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Comfortable working in different weather conditions, including summer months
• Must be able to stand, sit, walk and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
• Must abide by vehicle weight and height requirements as per manufacturer specs

Responsibilities

• Provide a valuable service around the community while ensuring locals and tourists get to their destinations safely.
• Create an enjoyable riding experience by welcoming passengers with a smile and making their ride awesome.
• Ensure safe, efficient and fun rides to the general public while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Drive a variety of electric vehicles including GEMS, Sedans and Vans.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness by performing pre- and post-vehicle inspections.
