Jetro Cash & Carry Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Scooter Driver to operate electric pallet jacks, assist with loading and unloading, and prepare pallets for shipment.

The role requires performing daily equipment pre-checks, minor troubleshooting, and ensuring items are properly boxed, labeled, and moved to the correct areas with safety in mind. Responsibilities include picking orders, verifying accuracy, replenishing locations, and reporting any incidents immediately.

Formación

• Must be able to perform maintenance on pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Ensure pallet jacks are in good working condition at start of each shift.
• Follow safety procedures and properly label and handle items.

Responsabilidades

• Take orders for picking activities from supervisors.
• Assist with loading and unloading items from delivery trucks.
• Prepare pallets for handling objects.
• Perform pre-checks on electric pallet jacks.
• Perform minor troubleshooting when needed.
• Ensure periodic maintenance of electric pallet jacks.
• Pick and verify orders against sheets.
• Count items and isolate broken ones.
• Operate electric pallet jack to move items to labeling/quality control areas.
• Box and label items correctly.
• Transport items to delivery pallets safely and urgently.
• Report any incidents to supervisor.
• Remove empty containers from pick locations.
• Replenish pick locations as needed.
• Label, sort, and store picked products.
• Assemble containers and boxes; maintain supplies and equipment.
