Staffmark in Clayton, IN is hiring an Electric Pallet Jack Driver. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–11:30 PM with overtime when needed.

You’ll operate an electric pallet jack, assist with loading and unloading, and help keep the warehouse running smoothly while earning weekly pay at $19.00 per hour. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED preferred, experience with electric pallet jacks, and a focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, logistics, or manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Experience using electric pallet jacks, forklifts, RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is beneficial.
• Knowledge of inventory control, shipping, receiving, order picking, or Lean warehouse practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate safe operating practices, productivity, teamwork, and inventory accuracy are well positioned for success as a Electric Pallet Jack Driver.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physically active warehouse work throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate powered material handling equipment while maintaining awareness of surrounding warehouse traffic.
• Ability to work in fast-paced warehouse environments while following established safety procedures.
