Location & Schedule

Neenah, WI. Full-time, 1st shift.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot AC and DC electric motors and rotating equipment.
• Disassemble, clean, inspect, repair, and reassemble motors and components.
• Replace bearings, seals, brushes, leads, fans, brakes, clutches, and related parts.
• Perform electrical and mechanical testing to ensure proper operation.
• Read work orders, document repairs, and complete job paperwork accurately.
• Operate specialized motor repair and testing equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience repairing electric motors or rotating equipment (motor shop).
• Experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of electrical theory (AC/DC motors).
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced shop environment.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and customer service.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office preferred).
