Dreisilker Electric Motors Inc. is seeking Electric Motor Coil Winders of both experienced and entry-level backgrounds. The role includes learning to strip windings, measuring components, and preparing windings for lamination slots in a repair shop environment.

Entry-level candidates will be trained in our motor stripping process and safety protocols, with focus on accuracy and quality workmanship. Competitive hourly wages and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; 3–5 years reading electrical schematics preferred.
• Electrical or mechanical aptitude required.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform motor stripping using the Dreisilker method.
• Take physical and electrical measurements and verify connections.
• Insert windings into lamination slots and prepare insulation.
• Test windings and assist with repair shop duties.
