The ideal candidate has 4+ years in project controls, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel to analyze data and provide actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 4+ years of experience in project controls, scheduling, construction management, or capital project delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Primavera P6 is required.
• Strong schedule development and critical path analysis knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules in Primavera P6.
• Support cost and schedule integration across projects and reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams.
• Perform schedule quality checks and identify variances and risks.
• Produce schedule status, milestones, and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Maintain organized schedule documentation and closeout activities.
