Job summary

Crew Foreman in Granby, Colorado seeks a proven leader to direct a crew in building, maintaining, and repairing electrical facilities across energized and de-energized lines. You will plan work, organize crews, and coordinate materials and timekeeping to meet safety and quality standards.

Requirements include a Journeyman Lineman with 3+ years of related experience, 1 year of supervision, a Colorado Class A CDL, plus basic first aid/CPR within 3 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Lineman with additional 3 years related and progressive experience.
• 1 year of supervising/leadership experience.
• Valid Colorado Class A CDL; must stay current.
• Basic first aid and CPR certification within 3 months of hire; kept current.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective leadership of assigned personnel and ensure safety and spec adherence.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate new construction, maintenance, and repair projects on energized and de-energized lines.
• Prepare and verify work orders, staking sheets, and timesheets; communicate time to crew.
• Ensure all work complies with Mountain Parks Electric, RUS, and NESC standards.
