Domino's in Champaign (MBR Management franchise) seeks an Electric Bike Delivery Specialist for part-time shifts. You will deliver packages safely and on time using our electric bikes, planning routes, and keeping detailed records.

Excellent customer service and a professional appearance are essential as you represent the brand in the community. Ideal candidates ride well, manage multiple deliveries efficiently, and perform basic bike maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivery operations or similar customer-facing logistics role.
• Proficiency riding bicycles and comfort operating electric bikes.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple deliveries.
• Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and delivery management software.
• Excellent customer service skills and professional communication abilities.
• Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Valid driver's license or government-issued identification.
• Reliability and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Execute timely and accurate deliveries using electric bikes throughout the Champaign area.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize travel time.
• Maintain detailed records of deliveries, including package tracking and customer signatures.
• Perform basic maintenance and safety checks on electric bikes before and after shifts.
• Handle packages with care, ensuring they arrive in excellent condition.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service during all delivery interactions.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company delivery protocols.
• Report any mechanical issues, damaged packages, or delivery obstacles to management.
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding delivery status and any delays.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively in the community.
