Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble small mechanical components and parts according to work instructions and production specifications.
• Use hand tools, pneumatic tools, and other assembly equipment.
• Perform detailed visual inspections to identify defects, imperfections, or assembly errors.
• Handle and position small components requiring precise hand movements and coordination.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control guidelines.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
• Complete production documentation as required.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination required.
• Strong visual acuity with the ability to inspect small components and identify minor defects, with or without corrective lenses.
• Ability to perform repetitive, detailed assembly tasks with precision.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and production procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Frequent repetitive hand and finger movements.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to bend, reach, twist, and perform other physical movements as needed.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
