• Nine (9) years of professional experience.
• One (1) year of General Experience in the specific area of assignment.
• College training may substitute fifteen (15) semester hours for 1/2 year of experience, up to four years for a Bachelor's degree.
• A Master’s degree may substitute for one additional year of General Experience.
• Preferred: experience designing, developing procedures and regulations related to elections.
