Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler III in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. You will assemble and solder components and sub-assemblies, conduct tests, and document results per drawings and procedures, ensuring quality and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in electro-mechanical assembly and testing per engineering drawings and procedures.
• Familiarity with GMP and compliance processes in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to document assembly and test results accurately on data sheets and records.

You Will Be Responsible For

• Assemble and solder components, sub-assemblies, and finished products of moderate complexity as prescribed by drawings and/or procedures.
• Conduct tests of assembled electromechanical products as prescribed by drawings and/or procedures.
• Document results of assembly and/or test operations on data sheets and manufacturing records.
• Diagnose, correct, and verify product originally not meeting specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Know and follow all laws and policies that apply to one's job, and maintain the highest levels of professionalism, ethics, and compliance always.
• Diligently participate in our compliance program-related activities as denoted by your supervisor or our Chief Compliance Officer.
• Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
• For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable.
• Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Performs other duties assigned as needed.
