ABB's Distribution Solutions Division in Mebane, NC is seeking an on-site Production Shift Leader to coordinate daily production activities and drive performance targets. You will support staff movements, monitor line performance, and resolve issues in real time to keep schedules on track.

We value hands-on experience in manufacturing, safety awareness, and the ability to lead teams across shifts. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with prior supervisory exposure preferred.

• Knowledge and use of tools such as tape measure, calipers, grinders, or other hand tools.
• Ability to safely use a ladder while performing the job, as needed.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 40lbs.
• Candidate must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.

• Acts as a shift leader to foster collaboration, resolve technical and quality issues, and address logistical challenges in real time.
