Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Elder Care & Estate Planning Attorney for an in-office role with a well-established law firm. The attorney will handle estate planning, trust administration, elder law, and related tax issues, building long-term client relationships.

The candidate should have a JD, NY Bar admission (or eligibility), and 3+ years in trust/estate planning with strong drafting and tax knowledge.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax law.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on all aspects of estate planning, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives.
• Counsel wealth transfer strategies, charitable giving, and tax planning.
• Administer trusts and estates, including probate, Surrogate’s Court filings, and related litigation when necessary.
