NARA Northwest is seeking a Housing Specialist for Tukwila Springs in Gladstone to provide housing placement and stabilization services for Elders 50+ who are homeless. Qualifications

• Degree in a social-service related field preferred.
• QMHA/CADC/CRM/PSS credential or equivalent highly desirable.
• Experience working with Elders experiencing homelessness.
• Knowledge of housing resources and programs.
• Recovery-based, holistic approaches to behavioral health.
• Ability to engage with multiple cultures in a multi-disciplinary environment.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Outreach to individuals without stable housing and engage them in the program.
• Complete screening and intake processes.
• Assess housing stabilization needs and develop participant-led service plans.
• Assist with lease-up paperwork, move-in funding, and furnishings.
• Coordinate with partners and property managers to support housing stability.
• Provide home and community-based services using Motivational Interviewing and Housing First.
• Maintain participant files and documentation.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and quality assurance activities.
