Habitat Health seeks a dedicated Environmental Services Associate to maintain a clean, safe, and functional environment across our facility. You will handle cleaning, sanitizing, and minor maintenance, supporting event setup and ensuring safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums and floor buffers.
• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safe handling practices.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physical stamina and ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Proof of valid California driver's license if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a center experience that participants want to spend time in and a team culture that cares.
• Raise the bar by seeking and sharing feedback and helping implement changes to improve participant experience.
• Exhibit Habitat Health values in daily practice.
• Lead cleaning needs around the campus and coordinate with teams to ensure environment of care standards.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum floors; dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Empty trash and dispose of waste; wash windows and walls as needed.
• Perform periodic deep-cleaning tasks such as carpet shampooing or floor waxing.
