Job summary

CA CI International Inc. seeks an Elasticsearch Engineer to design and optimize clusters, indexes, and data models at scale while delivering advanced dashboards and analytics in Kibana.

You will lead ingestion pipelines with Apache NiFi and drive system enhancements across the Enterprise environment. You will provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and align roadmaps with mission-driven needs in a complex distributed data ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (will consider experience in lieu of degree).
• Six or more years of progressive engineering experience, including 2+ years hands-on Elasticsearch work.
• Expert-level proficiency in Elasticsearch internals, cluster tuning, scaling, shard allocation, and snapshot management.
• Advanced Kibana analytics, scripted fields, pipeline aggregations, alerting, and observability.
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills with Oracle or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with AWS services S3, RDS, and EKS.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and influence architecture.
