JCS Solutions is seeking an Elastic Data Engineer to design, maintain, and optimize data pipelines using the Elastic Stack for DoD cybersecurity operations. You will ingest, transform, and enrich data from multiple sources, ensuring quality and timely insights for analysts.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, strong Python/SQL skills, and experience with Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, and related tools. Location is Adelphi, MD with US government projects.

Qualifications

• Experience designing data-ingestion pipelines for cybersecurity telemetry.
• Knowledge of ECS alignment and data schemas.
• Strong scripting and automation skills in Python/PowerShell/Bash.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain data pipelines for cybersecurity and telemetry.
• Ingest, transform, and route structured and unstructured data.
• Develop data schemas and mappings, including ECS alignment.
• Parse JSON/XML/CSV/log data and ensure data quality.
