Job summary

Sage Connections is seeking a full-time ELA Teacher to deliver K–12 school-based services for the 2026–2027 school year. This onsite Ohio role supports students in a dynamic, values-driven environment and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English or a related field.
• Active Ohio teaching license for grades 7–12 in English Language Arts.
• Experience in middle or high school settings preferred.
• Strong classroom management and instructional differentiation skills.

We're hiring afull-time W-2 ELA Teacherto provideK–12 school-based servicesfor the2026–2027 school year. Whether you're an experienced ELA Teacher or new to the field, you’ll be supported by a team that understands the real challenges and joys of this work—and is here to help you thrive.

• Classroom:7-12th Grade
• Schedule:Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Hours:37.5 – 40 hours/week
• Dates:ASAP– May 2027
• Location:Onsite in Ohio

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging ELAlessons aligned with state standards
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, English Language Arts, or a related field
• Valid Ohio teaching license for grades 7–12 in English Language Arts
• Experience in middle or high school settings preferred
• Strong classroom management and instructional differentiation skills
• Ability to support students with varying reading, writing, and language proficiency levels and backgrounds
• Passion for developing students’ reading comprehension, writing, critical thinking, communication skills, and lifelong appreciation for literature and language
