All applicants not currently employed by Raleigh County Schools must include copies of \"past performance evaluations conducted pursuant to WV Code 18A-2-12 and 18A-3c-2 or, in the case of a classroom teacher, past evaluations of the applicant's performance in the teaching profession as a certified educator.\" Each separate evaluation must be submitted as a single PDF document in the Upload Documents section within the Frontline system and must be titled \"Evaluation\".
