Job summary

Evergreen Fire and Security in Tacoma, WA is seeking an experienced Technician for our Service Department. You will install, test, maintain, and repair low-voltage systems under the supervision of the Service Manager, ensuring customer satisfaction and on-time project completion.

Requirements include NICET II - Fire Alarm Systems, EL06 license, a valid state enhanced driver’s license, and the ability to obtain US government clearance.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, test, troubleshoot, and repair low-voltage systems with professionalism and customer focus.
• Work with Service department staff to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations, including OSHA standards.
• Maintain company vehicle, uniform, and tools; complete paperwork accurately and timely.

The Opportunity

This opportunity as a Technician in our Service Department is perfect for an individual who is passionate about growing in the low-voltage industry. This individual works under the supervision of the Service Manager on installations, testing, and maintenance of various systems.

The Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, test, troubleshoot, and repair low-voltagesystems with professionalism, confidentiality, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the Service department staffto ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations, including OSHA safety standards.
• Maintain company vehicle, uniform, and tools.
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
