Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus two years of relevant professional experience.
• Two years of experience in education preferred.
• Experience with English learners, bilingual or dual language programs, and/or linguistics.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Knowledge of law or grants.
• Proficiency in a language other than English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of compliance monitoring protocols for EL and immigrant students.
• Develop clear communication tools regarding monitoring procedures.
• Provide technical assistance to schools/districts on state/federal guidance.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders as needed.
• Develop and present data reports on EL and immigrant data.
• Review and approve grant applications and program reports.
• Support federal/state funded programs to ensure effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with programmatic and fiscal regulations (e.g., Title III).
• Assist districts in program implementation with best practices.
• Participate in cross-functional teams as designated by management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
