Job summary

Sunflower Electric Power Corporation's Holcomb Station seeks an EIC Technician Supervisor to lead and coordinate maintenance activities for the 349-megawatt unit, leveraging leadership, coaching, and technical expertise to maintain reliability.

You will mentor a team, plan outages, coordinate work orders across groups, and provide hands-on technical support to ensure safety and efficiency at the plant.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising direct reports.
• Experience guiding maintenance during outages.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• EIC experience (Electrical Instrumentation & Controls) is a plus.

Job description

Our Generation Maintenance department is looking for an EIC Technician Supervisor at Holcomb Station. As the successful candidate, you will direct and plan EIC maintenance while utilizing your leadership and coaching abilities. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of talented personnel in the EIC group as well as several other departments. In addition to mentoring and supervising direct reports, you will also use your organizational ability and planning skills to prepare for outages and coordinate work requests/orders of the group, while providing technical support when needed.
