Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a Safety Management System and EHS programs.
• Monitor and improve site-wide EHS document control system, policies, programs, SOPs, manuals and records.
• Establish and maintain centralized document repositories (e.g. SharePoint or DMS platforms).
• Translate technical inputs into usable field procedures.
• Support implementation of structured PSM and ISO-aligned frameworks and internal standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program effectiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement of document workflows and system efficiency.
• Develop and maintain EHS data tracking systems and dashboards.
• Analyze trends to support risk identification and performance improvement initiatives.

The Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) System & Audit Program Engineer is responsible for developing, managing and validating the manufacturng plant EHS management systems, programs, procedues and audits. This position will be responsible for developing and implementing safety management system and audit programs, while also supporting EHS performance tracking through structured data analysis and performance.

Responsibilities:

EHS System Management:

• Develop and implement a sound Safety Management System and EHS programs.

• Develop and maintain EHS data tracking systems and dashboards
