Dessert Holdings in Aurora, CO is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety Supervisor to lead day-to-day safety initiatives in our production facility. The role supports the EHS Manager and drives compliance, injury prevention, and environmental stewardship in a fast-paced dessert manufacturing environment.

Salary ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

BS degree or equivalent in a food manufacturing environment.
3 years of experience supporting safety in a manufacturing setting.
A professional designation (e.g. CSP, CRSP) is an asset.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations and ANSI safety standards.
Strong verbal and written communication with leadership ability.
Proficiency with database applications and Microsoft Office; strong organizational skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Promote a safe work environment at the facility and lead safety initiatives.
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and advise leadership.
Lead incident investigations using root cause analysis.
Maintain records of safety incidents and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate site health and safety training and audits.
Monitor adherence to the safety program by all employees, visitors, and contractors.
Collaborate with Human Resources on workers' compensation management.
