Ferrotec in Livermore, CA is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Supervisor to lead site EHS programs and ensure regulatory compliance. You will drive safety improvements, coordinate training, and support ESG data collection and reporting.

This role partners with Operations, Facilities, Quality, Engineering, HR and leadership to integrate EHS into daily operations. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of manufacturing EHS experience.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading EHS programs, projects or teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead site Environmental, Health and Safety programs to ensure compliance with OSHA, Cal/OSHA, EPA and other regulations.
• Develop and maintain environmental compliance plans, policies, and safety programs.
• Conduct facility inspections, risk assessments, and audits for regulatory compliance.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Support ESG and product compliance data collection and reporting via Assent platform.
